321 Salon & Spa requires 24 hour notice from scheduled appointment times to reschedule or cancel any appointments with no fee. We require all clients to keep a valid card on file. Any cancellation or reschedule with less than 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service plus 15% gratuity to the card on file Any no call no show to an appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service and 15% gratuity to the card on file. 321 Salon & Spa ask you to respect our time, as we are setting aside for your services and could leave your specialist unpaid for hours of their day for you. As a courtesy, 321 Salon & Spa will send out appointment confirmations 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. The only exceptions may be in a true emergency, and we ask you contact the salon as soon as possible. It is the client's responsibility to try to reach the salon for rescheduling. If a phone call is not answered, a voicemail is required for us to know you tried to reach out. We appreciate your understanding.
